Even though Admiralty House may be theoretically

the equivalent for certain purposes of one of His Majesty's Ships I am reluctant to admit that any exception is possible to the rule that all liquor consumed ashore is dutiable, as I foresee the possibility of such an admission being invoked in the case of Naval Canteens and possibly even of Military establishments.
